Per Fidem Return/Exchange Policy
Not totally satisfied with your purchase? We will make it right. That's why if you decide to return or exchange items head to your "View Completed Order" page and click returns or email us at email@example.com with your request and the reason you were unsatisfied, and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. You may return product for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund via your original form of payment. We will accept the return of items in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice.
Please note: When exchanging using our return label, we'll ship out the exchange items when we receive notification from our carrier that the items being returned have been picked up and are on their way to our warehouse.
